Keys, Fobs, & Codes
If you issue a key, fob, or any access code to enter your home, a document will be provided to you indicating I am in possession of your key/fob/access code(s).
Parking
Free parking near the home must be accessible; otherwise, the invoice will include a parking reimbursement fee.
Requirements
Please provide a toilet brush if you request a bathroom to be cleaned. If you request high ceiling fans, light fixtures, or tops of cupboards to be hand wiped, please provide a ladder or a high step stool. To clean your kitchen sink, I ask that you ensure the sink is free from dishes unless you have selected the add-on service of "washing dishes".
Pets
During a cleaning, if you have territorial pets inside your home, I may suggest they stay in areas where I am not working (garage, kennel, etc.). I also will not pick up pet droppings due to health hazards.
Cancellations
I understand cancellations happen, so I ask for at least 48 hours in advance if you have to cancel, reschedule, or skip a clean.
Insects
I will leave a note if I notice an insect infestation, as I will not vacuum that specific area.
Damages
If I am responsible for damages or items in your home, I will leave a note and email or call you as a follow-up. I will make every attempt to repair, replace, or pay for any items I have damaged. I am not liable for regular wear & tear, pre-existing damages, or unsecured items.
Payments
Payments must be made within seven days of the dated invoice we send after the cleaning. Payments can be made in cash or as an e-transfer.
